How To Order

Here's a quick guide when ordering MailChip via our online shop:

1. Register a new account here: https://www.mailchip.shop/account.

2. Go to our shop and add items to cart. Once orders are chosen, please proceed to checkout. 

3. Orders can be paid via PayPal, otherwise proceed to see other payment methods (we accept BPI and GCash payments).

4. Fill in your customer and shopping details. You can choose the Paypal option (login required) or hit continue to choose other payment methods.

5. Complete your order. For payments via bank deposit, please send screenshots of your payment via info@mailchip.shop or DM screenshot on our Instagram account @mailchip.

And that's it!

Baking Schedule/s

Our typical baking days are Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 5pm. If you'd like to receive some cookies on a weekday (especially for bulk orders), do send us a message at least 5 days before your expected time of delivery.

You may also message us directly on Instagram if we are able to accommodate orders for same day delivery.

Locations and Delivery

MailChip delivers anywhere within Metro Manila and nearby provinces via Grab Express or Mr. Speedy. Delivery fees shouldered by the customer.
